This was definitely my favorite part of the shoot! Mind you, that water was FREEZING, but I got over it. XD; Getting in the water and feeling the sand between my toes made me really feel like Marin, as hilarious as that sounds. After this shoot, I felt closer to this character than ever before. Yes, this is why I cosplay. XD

So, amazing how much Lake Michigan looks like the ocean, isn't it? I was surprised when I first saw it. XD; I felt lucky that this is no more than a 5 minute drive from my apartment. XD Lucky, lucky~ (Fun Fact: There are actually people in Milwaukee that think Lake Michigan IS the ocean. The Michigan Ocean, to be exact. And they are completely serious. No joke.)

Marin's my favorite Zelda girl, and it's wonderful to see such a stunning tribute to the lady. You capture her look so well and you definitely have that wistful and "I'm-gonna-fly-away-and-sing-for-many-people" aura. Your suffering with wind, biting flies, seagirls, chatty girls, and freezing cold water was well spent - you look fantastic!

Lake michigan! I live in wisconsin and its near lake michigan. I wanted to swim in lake michigan but i swam at lake beaulah.
